About the Job

The Service Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all automotive repair and maintenance services meet dealership quality standards. This role requires hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance, vehicle inspection, and quality control processes within a dealership or service workshop environment. The position plays a critical role in maintaining service excellence and customer satisfaction.

About the Opportunity

  • Ensure all vehicle services meet dealership quality standards before release to customers.
  • Verify that all repair and maintenance work is completed correctly, safely, and according to specifications.
  • Confirm that customer concerns and service complaints are properly addressed and resolved.
  • Conduct final inspections and validations to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with Personal Service Technicians.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality control documentation.

Qualifications

  • Automotive technical certification or equivalent training
  • Prior experience in quality assurance or technical supervision
  • Familiarity with dealership quality and warranty standards
