Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer based in Santa Rosa City, Philippines. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for performing quality assurance procedures, conducting thorough inspections, analyzing processes, and identifying improvements to maintain superior product standards. Day-to-day tasks will include implementing quality control systems, collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, and preparing reports on quality metrics and findings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving methodologies
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
