Responsibilities:
Job Description-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must have experience on Life Insurance Projects testing
- Exposure to Digital Platform testing
- Test Planning and publishing DSR
MUST HAVE: Life Insurance experience
Roles and Responsibilities (Daily tasks):
- Following the phase wise flow in the test case design activity and maintaining the test assets.
- Performing Testing activities like Test Data Preparation, Test Execution methods, Defect Reporting and tracking.
- Finding Defects & tracking,& Regression testing
- Co-ordinate with the development team for resolving the raised defects
- Daily status reporting to TL and Manager
- Good experience to work with APIs and Connect-IT
- Perform SIT & UAT with customer
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM technology with Microfocus uCMDB might be an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team with shift.
- Good knowledge on products testing
- Good knowledge on insurance domain
- Good knowledge on documentation, strategy, test plan creation, designing, execution, defects management
- Good understanding on RTM, gap analysis, requirements
- Good communications skills, customer handling, defects traige call
- Good understanding on automation
- Experience on team handling, team KT and all
- Good understanding for Agile and waterfall methodologies
