Analysis & Reporting - reviews and analyzes QA output, records, and data. Ensure quality, efficiently, and productivity standards are met.
Goal Setting & Performance management - Conducts regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, identifying performance gaps, and developing individualized action plans to support skills development and goal attainment.
Strategies - assists the QA Manager in developing operational strategies taking into consideration of the ongoing needs, assessment, and feedback from operations and other stakeholders.
Implements performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary, closely monitoring progress and providing consistent coaching.
Assists the QA Manger in developing and refining operational strategies, evolving industry best practices, and feedback from operations and other internal/external stakeholders.
Discipline - maintains a strict form of discipline at all times, in terms of policies and processes. At times, may implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and analyze trends to effectively coach to attain goals and objectives.
Communication - Effectively facilitates group discussion, business reviews, and business strategy, and any critical discussion related to the company.
Administrative - perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management team from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course or any related courses
Proficient in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
At least 1-3 years of administrative or secretarial experience preferred Enhanced multi-tasking skills.
Developed time-management skills
Good written communication and reading comprehension skills
