Quality Assurance Supervisor

Role Description: The Quality Assurance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Meycauayan Bulacan. This role oversees quality assurance and quality control processes across packaging, logistics, and related operations, ensuring products and services meet internal standards and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production and packing lines, conducting inspections and audits, reviewing documentation, and identifying non-conformities. The supervisor develops and implements quality procedures, coordinates corrective and preventive actions, and collaborates with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain compliance with industry and customer specifications. The role also involves training team members on quality standards, preparing reports for management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management skills, with experience implementing and maintaining quality systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, investigate root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Science or related disciplines, especially when working with food industry clients or products.
• Relevant experience in packaging and toll manufacturing, including supervision or team leadership responsibilities.
• Familiarity with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer audits, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities on-site.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in food science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
