Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads QA operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all packed goods meet client specifications, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role oversees QA personnel, drives process consistency, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day QA activities across packing and production lines
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and established quality systems
- Implement and monitor CAPA for process deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances
- Lead root cause analysis and drive timely, effective corrective and preventive actions
- Apply the 7 QC Tools for monitoring, reporting, and improving process performance
- Review production and packing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct internal audits and support client audits
- Train, coach, and evaluate QA staff on procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and clients to resolve quality concerns
- Maintain organized and accurate QA documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in QA within manufacturing, FMCG, or toll packing environments
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and the 7 QC Tools
- Proven experience in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
