Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Certification in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on products and processes.
Identify defects and non-conformities and report findings.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain detailed records of inspections and test results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Provide training and guidance on quality standards to staff.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
