Quality Assurance Specialist

Please note: This position is for our office located in Baguio City, Philippines and is 100% on-site. Applicants should currently reside in Baguio City or a nearby area and be able to reliably commute to the office for all scheduled shifts. Please only apply if you meet this location requirement.

Location: Baguio City, Philippines (On-site)

Schedule: Full-time | 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Nightshift Schedule) | Immediate Start

Salary: $30,000 PHP Monthly

About the Role:

We are School Basics, a U.S.-based company seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with strong English communication skills. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across our sales processes. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing quotes and estimates, monitoring time-sensitive tasks and communications, supporting the closing team, and conducting call reviews to maintain quality standards. You'll also help keep administrative processes organized and ensure follow-ups are completed efficiently and accurately.

If you have the following requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred
• Previous experience in QA, Purchasing, Procurement, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive emails and tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Tech-savvy and proficient (Will be handling Microsoft Office Suite and other company platforms. Training will be provided.)

What does a day to day life with us look like

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing quotes and estimates to ensure accuracy
• Administering and following up with time-sensitive emails and tasks
• Assisting the closing team by organizing, verifying, and completing tasks
• Listening to calls from time to time for quality assurance purposes
• Organizing and following up on administrative duties for the team
