Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is looking for
(1) QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST for Globe Telecom Account - Hybrid Work Set-up (Combination of On-site and Work From Home)
- Evaluate the output of each KYM/Onboarding specialist
- Address quality issues findings, and concerns from the encoded and uploaded data that support producing timely and high-quality KYM/Onboarding profiles.
- Ensures alignment and implementation of KYM/Onboarding policies, seeking clarification when needed.
- Provides end-of-day daily reports to respective departments.
- Hit Daily Target
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course
- At least 1 year of Administrative or Secretarial experience preferred
- With experience handling Data Management validation in the Financial and Banking Industry is preferred
- Ability to run workshops, coordinating or managing cadences/ initiatives
- Attention to Detail, decision-making skills and enhanced multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and planning skills; can find innovative ways to resolve problems and developed time-management skills
- Proficient in Office Applications (Google Suite & MS Office Suite and PowerPoint/Google Slides and MS Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Tagalog)
