Job Summary: Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines
Major Responsibilities
- Assists the developers in testing the performance of web-based applications, documenting application specifications and user manual
- Provides proper documentation of bugs and recommendations
- Addresses software concerns methodically
- Addresses the concerns of company personnel regarding software bugs or errors
- Contributes in the designing of the system/application work flow
- Develops Test-Plans, Test-Cases, Use-Case diagrams, Work-Flow diagrams, and Systems Needs documents in accordance with the business requirements
- Performs software maintenance to address bugs, improve performance, and update software functionality
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any IT/Computer related courses or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
- Prior experience or familiarity in web/software applications and/or understanding of the SDLC
- Strong analytical skills and technical background
- Keen attention to detail
