Job Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Industry: Accounting & Finance
  • Work Setup: Onsite in Makati for the first six months to immerse yourself in the business and collaborate closely with senior executives, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter
  • Salary: PHP65,000 to PHP85,000 + 1-month salary sign-on bonus
  • Shift: Day Shift | Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, with a background in centralized administrative or financial transaction oversight and experience in quality review or quality assurance processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, governance practices, risk management, and performance standards, with the ability to conduct structured quality assessments against defined KPIs and operational requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate vendor outputs, identify trends and root causes, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to identify quality and performance risks, apply sound judgment, and escalate issues through established governance and operational pathways.
  • Experience preparing accurate, insightful quality assurance reports that support performance management, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing vendor resources through structured feedback and training that strengthens performance and quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across vendor teams, operational leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite is essential, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Working familiarity with Power BI reporting, dashboards, data visualisation, or workload monitoring is advantageous
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools is advantageous

Your Daily Tasks

  • Conduct the required number of monthly quality assurance reviews and assessments in accordance with the NAO Quality Assurance Framework and agreed sampling methodology.
  • Assess vendor outputs against established quality standards, KPIs, and performance measures while accurately recording results and maintaining a clear audit trail.
  • Escalate quality issues, recurring errors, and performance risks to the NAO Operations Lead and relevant stakeholders through established escalation pathways.
  • Prepare regular quality assurance reports that summarize performance results, trends, and key themes to support decision-making, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver coaching and training to vendor resources, addressing identified quality gaps and strengthening capability to meet role-specific performance standards.
  • Collaborate with vendor leaders, NAO leadership, and operational teams to embed quality standards and promote consistent ways of working.
  • Promote consistent, reliable, and high-quality vendor-delivered services that meet established quality and performance expectations across National Administrative Operations.
