Responsibilities

• Oversee site quality management system and quality initiatives
• Provide advice on any regulatory or quality issues and assist on other relevant issues
• Conduct self-inspection audit on the processes
• Consult on quality / regulatory matters
• Lead customer audits on Quality Management Systems and other related topics
• Serve as customer contact on quality-related issues
• Lead as Quality Representative in fulfilling the roles to support functional / Site Quality Management System
• Any other ad-hoc requests / projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business
• At least1 year of experience in quality management, preferably in an MNC
• Approximately 2 years working experience in quality industry with strong background in operations and team management
• Has exposure to regulatory audits
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses a resilient and can do attitude
