Job Description

The Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist - QMS is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards by maintaining, improving, and implementing quality management processes. This role will involve conducting internal audits, overseeing document control,coordinating risks and process reviews, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance across the organization.

As part of the CPAG team, the role contributes to organizational governance, process efficiency, and service quality by ensuring that systems are compliant, measurable, and continuously improving.

ISO 9001:2015 Management

  • Consolidate, monitor, and report the status of corrective actions arising from ISO and Internal Quality Audit (IQA) findings
  • Serve as Lead Assessor for ISO 9001 and IQAs, including audit planning, execution, and closure
  • Act as External Audit Guide during certification, surveillance, and recertification audits

Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

  • Lead quarterly BCP testing activities, including planning, scope definition, scenario design, execution, and closure
  • Review BCP test results and ensure documentation of lessons learned and corrective actions

DTI-BPS (PNS ISO/IEC 17025) Support

  • Provide external audit support for DTI-BPS assessments
  • Conduct pre-audit assessments to evaluate audit readiness

Document Control & Compliance (DCC)

  • Validate and harmonize controlled documents across departments
  • Review, standardize, and maintain departmental manuals and key process documentation

Risk Management

  • Monitor corporate-wide and departmental risks reflected in the Risk Register, particularly those related to ISO requirements
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit and process owners on risk evaluation and mitigation status

Policy Governance & Awareness

  • Review and simplify company policies to ensure clarity, compliance, and applicability
  • Facilitate Policy Governance Team meetings and support policy decision-making

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Trainings, certifications or post-graduate studies related to Quality, Risk Management, or Process Improvement are an advantage
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Compliance, or Process Improvement
  • Proven experience as an ISO 9001:2015 Auditor (internal and/or external audits)
  • Hands-on experience in external certification and recertification audits
  • Experience in risk management, business continuity planning (BCP), and governance activities
  • Exposure to DTI-BPS / ISO/IEC 17025 audit support is an advantage
