Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the following: Managing and maintaining quality documentation, including compliance records, complaints, investigations, and CAPAs.

• Conducting audits, monitoring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and ensuring proper implementation of quality policies.
• Leading and facilitating process improvements based on audit findings and identifying trends for continuous improvement.
• Providing GMP, GWP, GLP, and HACCP-related employee training as needed and supporting benchmarking and special projects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or any related science course.
• With at least 1–2 years of Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing (FMCG or pharmaceutical experience is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, objective, assertive, and collaborative with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO standards, food analysis, and quality auditing.
• Willing to work in a setup that is 30% office-based and 70% plant-based.
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite)
