The Quality Assurance Officer ensures that all services and internal processes meet the company's standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency. This role is responsible for monitoring operations, identifying issues, improving systems, and making sure customers receive reliable and high-quality outputs every time.
You will work closely with different departments to prevent errors, improve workflows, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring & Control
- Inspect and evaluate services or deliverables to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on processes and outputs
- Identify defects, gaps, or inconsistencies
Process Improvement
- Analyze root causes of errors and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Suggest system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce mistakes
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare quality reports and performance dashboards
- Maintain quality records, checklists, and audit results
- Track KPIs and compliance metrics
Training Compliance
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Collaboration
- Work closely with each Department and Management teams
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
- Support investigation of complaints and issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance, Audit, or Process Improvement
- Knowledge of QA tools, SOP Creation, and process mapping
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
PREFFERED SKILLS (Nice to have)
- Experience in ISO standards or quality systems
- Data analysis and KPI tracking
- Experience in Training or coaching teams
