Job Summary

  • Conducts activities relative to product inspections and tests.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the QA/QC area.
  • Checks records of all incoming and outgoing spare parts inside the QA/QC Department.
  • Inspects the parts according to the specified requirements.
  • Fills-up the QA/QC Inspection report based on the result of final inspection.
  • Applies suitable identification to spare parts.
  • Performs the proper handling and packaging of spare parts.
  • Endorses fully inspected spare parts to SPARE PARTS CONTROL.
  • Abides with the COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS.
  • Informs the immediate superior for any detected non-conformities and provides immediate corrective actions.
  • Involves in any activities for CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT.
  • Fills-up the DAILY MATERIAL REQUEST LOG for issuance of MATERIALS, TOOLS, etc.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

  • College Graduate on Computer Engineering Courses

Skills Requirement

  • Can Interpret Engineering drawings
  • Knowledge on Equipment present in the production area.
  • Computer literate (OFFICE Applications)

Experience Required

  • With Experience in Quality Control Inspection
