Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the planning, design and execution of software quality testing activities within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Collaboratively works within the DT department and other business units to continuously improve and validate test cases for software applications (both new & existing) based on specifications to ensure that they function properly and efficiently.
- Responsible for ensuring that the necessary aspects of the Quality Software Process have been enacted and that the deliverables have been subjected to the syntax, semantics, and aesthetic aspects of the quality checks.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree course preferably in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering-related courses
- With at least 2 to 5 or more years experience in related field doing quality analysis and software quality assurance
- With knowledge on the use of software tools for automated testing (non-mandatory)
- With background and expertise in software quality assurance principles, methodologies and techniques
- With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
