Quality Assurance

-Serve as the primary quality contact for our key customer and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements & expectations

-Manage suppliers qualification, evaluation, performance reviews to ensure product quality & regulatory compliance

-Review and maintain quality-related & and technical documents

-Coordinate customer audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections

-Liaise with customers, suppliers and the Japan HQ to resolve quality-related issues

-Maintain and improve the QMS in accordance with company standards & regulatory requirements

MUST TO HAVE:

-Minimum 3 years experience in QA, QC, Supplier Quality Management, preferably in food ingredient industries or other highly regulated chemical industries

-Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, supplier quality management

-Proven experience handling customer audits, supplier audits, quality complaints

-Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Sciences, Biotechnology, Food Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
