What You'll Do:
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the plant Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, Cosmetics, and Food standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and audit findings, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage internal and external audits, including customer, regulatory, and government inspections.
- Oversee document control processes to ensure quality records, procedures, and specifications are accurate and up to date.
- Partner with Production and QA teams to ensure in-process and finished goods consistently meet quality standards.
- Monitor quality metrics and trends, providing insights and reports to QA and Plant Leadership teams.
- Train and mentor QA Auditors while driving continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction across plant operations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related field. Active PRC license is an advantage.
- At least 3–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, Cosmetics, and Food industry standards.
- Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA management, auditing, and quality data analysis.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Lead/Internal Auditor Certification and CAPA-related training are preferred.
