The Quality Assurance Officer supports product and process innovation to meet business goals. The role focuses on developing new products, improving existing ones, optimizing costs, and commercializing new technologies to ensure product quality and taste excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the R&D Manager in developing short- and long-term innovation strategies.
- Develop and reengineer core products and bestsellers.
- Commercialize new product recipes, formulations, and processes.
- Support new technology and equipment process improvements for manufacturing and stores.
- Generate new product concepts through research, benchmarking, food exhibitions, and industry networking
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Food Technology; having a license is an advantage
- Must have 5 years in Quality Assurance in for Poultry, Chicken or Meat
- Also open to those with extensive experience in R&D or Product Innovation
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up)
