Quality Assurance Officer

Belo Essentials is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to safeguard the standards that make our products trusted by millions of Filipinos. If you have a sharp eye for detail and strong technical grounding in quality systems, this role puts you at the center of what keeps our products safe, compliant, and market-ready.

What You'll Do

• Ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards before market release
• Lead audits (toll, warehouse, distributor, trade) under the QMS, as assigned
• Lead finished goods release and monitor exceptional release, as assigned
• Conduct sensory evaluation and first-delivery inspection for assigned brand(s)
• Perform validation activities (PQ1, PQ3, PQ6) for assigned brand(s)
• Co-lead supplier (PM/RM) and toll accreditation, as assigned
• Manage quality issues, consumer complaints, and change control (verification, retention, RM change/recertification), as assigned
• Lead QMS hygiene and environmental monitoring, as assigned
• Support training initiatives, as assigned

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field
• 3–5 years in skincare, cosmetics, or pharma; manufacturing background highly preferred
• Strong grasp of ISO/QMS, SOPs, GMP, and FDA regulations
• Auditing experience (internal/external); certification a plus
• Skilled in root cause analysis and CAPA
• Solid knowledge of packaging/raw material specs, sensory evaluation, and validation protocols
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Leadership and cross-functional communication skills
• Detail-oriented and objective in quality assessment
