Job Description

Role Overview- Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand user scenarios.- Review and improve existing test strategies and processes.- Investigate and implement new testing tools and methodologies.- Provide technical leadership in testing and contribute to improving product quality.- Familiarize with the squad / product supported, AGILE practices and the standardized testing processes.- Can create Test Analysis based on requirements, incorporating the minimum standard and guidelines set by the QA department. - Leads / assists the TAAS in test preparation, test execution and test reporting.- Started to create test automation scripts.

Essential Skills / Non Negotiable Skills-

Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.- Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration.
Strong API Testing skills : At least 2–3 years of hands-on API testing experience
Automation testing background
Strong understanding of Agile methodology
Must be a Technical QA Engineer who can independently investigate and troubleshoot issues
Ability to conduct test analysis and create appropriate test scenarios
Comfortable collaborating with Solution Architects, Designers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters

Desirable Skills / Good To Haves- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).- Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
