Company Description The Fruit Garden (Le Potager Inc) is a luxury manufacturer of jams, fruit purées, fillings, and juices, operating since 2011.

The company is based in the Philippines and exports to several Asian countries, offering opportunities to work with an expanding, internationally oriented brand.

Role Description The Quality Assurance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Guiguinto. This role is responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the production process, from raw material inspection to finished goods release. Daily tasks include conducting quality checks, implementing and updating quality standards, documenting and reporting deviations, and coordinating corrective actions with production and operations teams. The Quality Assurance Executive also supports compliance with food safety regulations, manages quality-related records, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the brand's luxury positioning.

Qualifications

• Professional Food technologist PRC license lissued by the Professional Regulation Commission in the Philippines is a must.
• Experience in quality assurance or quality control within food, beverage, or manufacturing environments, including hands-on inspection and testing of products.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, GMP), with the ability to apply them in day-to-day operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Guiguinto and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
