JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Licensed or Non-Licensed).
Proven track record in quality control, quality assurance, or inspection within manufacturing.
Knowledge in QA tools, inspection techniques, and product specifications.
Experience in root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and audit compliance.
Willing to work full-time on-site in Hermosa, Bataan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct quality inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished metal fabrications.
Perform root-cause analysis on non-conforming items and implement effective corrective action plans.
Maintain quality standards across production lines to ensure full compliance with customer specs and safety regulations.
Compile, analyze, and present defect trends and quality audit reports to operations management.
Oversee quality documentation and audit readiness to maintain company quality control certifications.
