Job Description

Are you passionate about quality management, process improvement, and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment Ivoclar is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate.

In this role, you'll take ownership of coordinating and managing nonconformities, ensuring timely resolution and documentation while supporting compliance with global quality standards. You'll play a key role in monitoring process performance, analyzing data and trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

As a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, you'll help maintain transparency through meaningful reporting, support informed decision-making through data-driven insights, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of products and processes. Your role

  • Non-Conformity Coordination
    • Coordinate, assess, and document nonconformities and related actions
    • Follow up on nonconformities in the IT system to ensure timely processing and closure
    • Ensure consistent application of standards across interfaces
    • Analyze data to identify trends and support the identification of improvement opportunities

  • Process Monitoring & Reporting
    • Monitor relevant KPIs and support data accuracy and reliability
    • Analyze performance data to identify deviations and risks
    • Prepare reports and support data-driven insights for stakeholders
    • Contribute to continuous improvement based on data analysis
  • Additional Tasks
    • Support cross-functional alignment in operational topics
    • Contribute to decision preparation based on process understanding and available data
Your profile

  • Professional:
    • Completed bachelor's degree in any related field
    • 2-3 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a regulated environment (e.g. MedTech, Pharma, manufacturing)
    • Basic understanding of nonconformity management processes
    • Basic knowledge of applicable quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements is an advantage
    • Experience with quality management systems and/or IT tools (e.g. SAP, Service Now) is desirable
    • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
    • Basic understanding of data analysis and KPI monitoring
    • Good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
