Quality Assurance Associate.
In this role, you'll take ownership of coordinating and managing nonconformities, ensuring timely resolution and documentation while supporting compliance with global quality standards. You'll play a key role in monitoring process performance, analyzing data and trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
As a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, you'll help maintain transparency through meaningful reporting, support informed decision-making through data-driven insights, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of products and processes. Your role
- Non-Conformity Coordination
- Coordinate, assess, and document nonconformities and related actions
- Follow up on nonconformities in the IT system to ensure timely processing and closure
- Ensure consistent application of standards across interfaces
- Analyze data to identify trends and support the identification of improvement opportunities
- Process Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor relevant KPIs and support data accuracy and reliability
- Analyze performance data to identify deviations and risks
- Prepare reports and support data-driven insights for stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement based on data analysis
- Additional Tasks
- Support cross-functional alignment in operational topics
- Contribute to decision preparation based on process understanding and available data
Your profile
- Professional:
- Completed bachelor's degree in any related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a regulated environment (e.g. MedTech, Pharma, manufacturing)
- Basic understanding of nonconformity management processes
- Basic knowledge of applicable quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Experience with quality management systems and/or IT tools (e.g. SAP, Service Now) is desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of data analysis and KPI monitoring
- Good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
