Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Assistant based in Bulacan. The Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring product quality by performing inspections, conducting quality checks during various production stages, and documenting findings. The role involves testing raw materials and finished products, monitoring compliance with food safety protocols, and providing detailed feedback to optimize production standards. Collaboration with the production team to improve processes and meet product specifications is also required.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or food safety procedures or recent graduate
• Knowledge of food manufacturing or processing standards such as HACCP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Educational background in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• Willingness to work on-site at the Bulacan location
• Experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry is an advantage
