What is your mission
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Analyst located in Mandaluyong City. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of services and processes to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines. Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits, implementing quality management practices and providing actionable feedback to maintain and enhance quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, will drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Experience with Quality Management systems and Quality Auditing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate results clearly
- Bachelor's degree in quality management, operations management, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent, are a plus
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role within a service or manufacturing environment is an advantage
Who are we looking for
- College Undergraduates with at least 2 years; associate or diploma courses are accepted
- Minimum of 18 months Quality Assurance Analyst experience in a BPO setting is required
- Must have knowledge on Quality Management framework
- English Proficiency of at least C1
