Zywave is seeking a
Data Quality Analyst to join our growing team of innovative developers and analysts. In this role, you'll support the development and delivery of high-quality software by creating and executing detailed test scenarios, identifying and resolving defects, and ensuring accurate, high-performing data pipelines and APIs. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers in a collaborative, agile environment.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scenarios for data pipelines, APIs, and web-based applications
- Validate structured data formats such as Accord XML and JSON
- Identify, document, and help resolve data inconsistencies, defects, and workflow issues
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to refine requirements and ensure high data quality standards
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman
- Monitor and validate data inputs and outputs across systems
- Track issues through resolution and perform regression testing as needed
Factors for Success
- 1+ years of relevant experience in software or data quality assurance
- Basic understanding of web-based application design and architecture
- Experience designing test cases for web applications and APIs
- Experience with Postman or similar tools is a plus
- Comfort working with Accord XML and JSON formats
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles and QA methodologies
- Familiarity with the U.S. auto and home insurance industry, including terminology and regulatory processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and timelines independently
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
