Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the Infor Customer Relationship Management Cloud Edition (CRM CE), ensuring the delivery of software quality standards prior to product release. The role partners closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop test strategies, identify and track defects, and validate software functionality.

The QA Analyst will contribute to both manual and automated testing initiatives while championing quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

  • Perform 70% manual testing and 30% automation testing
  • Execute manual acceptance, regression, and performance testing
  • Build and enhance test automation solutions using AI for web and mobile applications
  • Design, write, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
  • Create clear, comprehensive, and actionable defect reports
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to align on testing requirements and ensure timely resolution of defects

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience testing web and mobile business applications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in acceptance, regression, and performance testing
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of automation testing.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Experience using defect tracking and test management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within Agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate technical concepts when needed.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment, demonstrate initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive assignments to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Experience with mobile test automation
