Based in Makati, with a purpose-built facility in Bian, Laguna, we pair skilled production with tight quality control to deliver products that travel - from the Philippines to Australia and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control
- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Perform sensory evaluations (flavor, aroma, overall quality)
- Operate analytical instruments to ensure spec compliance
Documentation
- Maintain accurate test records and reports
- Summarize findings and recommend improvements
- Support QA documentation and updates
Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Assist in audits and inspections
Collaboration & Improvement
- Work with Production and R&D to resolve quality issues
- Coordinate with suppliers on raw material quality
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
- Licensed Chemist (required)
- Willing to work shifts in Bian, Laguna
- Lab experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Open to fresh graduates with a valid license as a Chemist
