Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate will join the iCRM team, handling the CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) and MFS (Mobility for Field Service) products. This role focuses on ensuring product quality through functional testing, identifying defects, and validating system behavior against business requirements.
You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and fellow QA team members to analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and help deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in a collaborative Agile environment
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Analyzing of functional requirements/acceptance criteria
- Creating test scenarios and test cases
- Regression testing for the feature being developed
- Documenting issues/bugs encountered
- Collaborating and communicating with project managers, business analysts, developers, co-QAs to better understand product requirements and provide testing updates and results
- Staying up to date with the latest testing tools, using best practices and contributing to process improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Manual/Functional Testing
- Knowledge of software development process and QA fundamentals
- Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases and functional testing
- Experience in multi-platform testing (mobile, web, desktop, and cross-browser)
- Experience in defect management
- Ability to analyze and understand requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with testing tools such as Jira and Zephyr
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Automation testing
- Familiarity with Selenium and Appium (JS)
