Job Summary

The Quality and Compliance Agent ensures that company policies, regulatory standards, and operational guidelines are followed. This role includes driver onboarding, handling support emails and claims, reporting, fraud investigation, and dispute resolution. The agent helps maintain service quality and compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driver Onboarding: Review and verify driver applications to ensure they meet company and regulatory requirements. Assist new drivers through the onboarding process.
  • Support Emails & Claims: Respond to inquiries and resolve claims promptly while following company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on driver performance, compliance, and operations.
  • Fraud Investigation & Compliance: Review flagged activities, investigate potential fraud, and recommend actions.
  • Dispute Handling: Resolve delivery, compliance, or customer disputes fairly and efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to maintain compliance and reduce risks.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and support cross-functional tasks when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of logistics or delivery regulations is a plus
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
