Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to provide technical support for HCM (Human Capital Management) accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HCM platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for HCM systems such as Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, Sage.
  • Monitor and ensure quality of support interactions in accordance with company standards.
  • Document processes, solutions, and technical guidance accurately.
  • Identify trends in technical issues and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with the support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a Quality Analyst or in technical support for HCM accounts.
  • Hands-on experience supporting HCM platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood during the graveyard shift.
  • Able to start immediately.
