Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
Will report to Cabuyao
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
Proven leadership - took on a verified direct supervisory / mentorship role over at least a 3 pax team (oversight over a pool of workers is not valid; he/she must display mentorship experience that includes development of future leaders)
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and relevant safety regulations (e.g. OSHA).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Superior spreadsheet skills and can use the computer without any additional training (can use Whatsapp, Google Workspace/Drive, eLog)
Superior data encoding and analysis skills - able to accurately encode data, create analytical formulas and analyze discrepancy
Superior English communication skills - especially writing and training (public speaking) skills
Displays maturity and decisiveness
