Job Description

Required / Must Have Skills:

Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in automation testing for GUI such as Python, or JavaScript, to write automation scripts.
Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Robot Framework, etc., along with the ability to implement and maintain automation frameworks.
Experience in GUI testing using Eggplant Functional, including image-based testing, text recognition, and interaction with UI elements.
Strong scripting skills in Eggplant Script or other scripting languages (like Python or JavaScript) for developing automated test scripts.
Ability to design and execute both manual and automated test cases, covering various test scenarios effectively.
Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and techniques such as black-box testing, regression testing, etc., applicable to both manual and automation testing. Testing experience (test design, test execution, defect management) of at least 3 years.

Additional Skills:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Eggplant tools, including Eggplant Functional for GUI testing, Eggplant AI for intelligent test automation, and other Eggplant suite components.
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases to perform database testing manually and automate database-related test scenarios.
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for managing test scripts and collaborating with other team members.
