Quality Assurance Technician- Kitchen Commissary
Basic Function
Responsible for ensuring conformance to set standards in process and production by conducting in line monitoring, encompassing the overall work/process conditions in accordance to GMP, HACCP and Food Safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
- With at least 1-year related work experience in a food manufacturing industry
- Well organized, detailed and multi-task oriented
- Good verbal and oral communications skills
