What you'll be doing
Lead and motivate a team of quality analysts to maintain high standards of service and process efficiencyConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersIdentify training needs and implement development programmes to upskill the teamMonitor key quality metrics and implement corrective actions to address any performance issuesCollaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvementsProvide detailed reporting and analysis to key stakeholdersFoster a positive, customer-centric culture within the team
Requirements
What we're looking for
Significant experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environmentProven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide effective feedbackFamiliarity with quality management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologiesDegree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
