Qualifications
- BS in Industrial Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as QA Supervisor or at least 5 years and above as QA Engineer
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Has Manufacturing Experience is an advantage
- Good communication , coordination and problem-solving skills
- Hardworking and flexible
- Strong Personality and Leadership skills
Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct Planning of activities and put necessary controls and establish appropriate actions for abnormal conditions
Guide subordinates in the conduct of 2nd level analysis for recurring issues
Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the products/ process and quality system
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to conduct communication/discussion of performance infractions and other matters.
