About The Job
The Late QA Supervisor's role is to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities and to spot areas that need improvement to further enhance the current collection processes and increase performance. The role is made to determine compliance of collectors according to Collections standard processes and functions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the current situation, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend measures (To be) to re-engineer existing processes.
- Ensures internal and external quality metrics are being met.
- Assists with other special projects and performs other duties as designed.
- Leads in creating and designing QA forms and tools based on campaign requirements.
- Assists in developing and improving quality assurance plans.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain, improve, and reinforce quality procedures and standards.
- Keeps documentation process up to date and coordinates change management/process activities.
- Ensure all process stakeholders and officers are aligned before implementation
- Assists in managing and developing team members
What You Need To Have
- Target driven
- Good facilitation and presentation capability
- Possesses average analytical and logical skills
- Knowledge of project management
- Intermediate MS Office Knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and PPT)
- Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
- Decision-making skills
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Dependable and trustworthy with a clear sense of accountability
