Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support the QA team in daily quality assurance operations.
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance with internal and client quality standards.
  • Conduct audits, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Coach, train, and mentor QA staff to foster excellence and growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Has experience with BFSI (Banking/ Financial Services/ Insurance Accounts)
  • At least 3 years of total experience in Quality Assurance (QA Associate, QA Specialist, or higher).
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory or Leadership capacity, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of QA systems, metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
