Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
With at least 1 year related experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing Industry
Familiar in food safety programs, GMP and HACCP system
Proficient in MS Office applications
Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan
Job Description
Implements Quality Control System
Assigned on performing microanalysis test on finished goods, equipment swabs, hand swabs, air and water; may also include other types of samples related to food and food packaging.
Implements microanalysis plan and environmental monitoring plan.
Ensures that all materials received conform to the approved standards
Ensures implementation of GMP
Check shelf-life monitoring and test of finish goods
Record, analyze and interpret data
Monitoring and verification of equipment essential for analysis
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
