We are seeking a highly skilled
QA Supervisor to lead and oversee quality assurance operations. The role ensures that products, processes, and systems meet customer standards and internal quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily QA activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement and monitor QA procedures, inspection plans, and testing methods.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA).
- Review and approve QA reports, documentation, and QC test results.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse to address quality issues.
- Train and mentor QA staff to maintain high competency levels.
- Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external quality audits.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in manufacturing/printing/production environment).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of QA tools and methodologies (ISO standards, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
