QA QC Technician is responsible for planning, monitoring, analyzing, and qualifying an organizations product/services to ensure it meets quality and applicable standards/project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and implement the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan.
Assist QAQC Head in monitoring quality related activities on the project.
Verifying contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
On-time inspection of delivered materials/equipment. (Warehouse).
Inspection of materials/equipment to be delivered to Project Sites.
Assists the QAQC Head in reviewing data from internal and external audits and investigations to identify problems or determine whether corrective action is necessary.
Assist in conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards in project sites if necessary.
Maintains and monitors testing tools/ equipment that are subject to calibration/ repair at the Central Warehouse and Project Sites.
Perform all internal and external quality inspections on behalf of the companys management.
Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and recording supplier performance.
Identify non-conforming material/product and take appropriate action.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Assist in recommending and implementing improvements.
Collect and analyze quality control data and provide feedback to the Quality Control team.
Assist in investigating and resolving quality control problems and implementing corrective actions.
Assists in the setup, calibration, and operation of test and inspection equipment, as required, to verify product quality and ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of any Engineering course. Technical courses accepted provided with technical training in warehousing and EPC environment.
At least 20 hours training in QAQC, Project Management, Risk Assessment and Control.
Preferably Licensed Engineer.
Preferably with minimum 2 years work experience in EPC or Building Construction preferably in Electrical field (substations, battery storage, etc.). With knowledge in material inspection in warehousing set-up, knowledge in testing tools/ equipment.
Preferable amenable to be assigned project sites, if the need arises.
