Job Description

Define and lead quality engineering strategy, standards, and governance across digital products
Drive adoption of automation-first testing frameworks (functional, API, performance)
Manage QA teams, including automation engineers and test analysts, ensuring capability growth
Oversee test planning, execution, UAT, and release readiness with quality gates in place
Monitor defects, lead root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX, and operations teams

The Successful Applicant

6-10 years in software QA/quality engineering 3+ years in leadership roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience in automation testing (functional, API, regression)
Hands-on expertise with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
Knowledge of CI/CD, shift-left testing, and Agile delivery environments
Strong capabilities in API validation, performance testing, and defect analysis
