QA MANAGER
Qualification
- Graduate of Electrical Engineer or Electronics and Communication Engineer
- With at least 5 years of experience in handling/
supervising QA related functions and manpower in an Electronic Manufacturing firm.
- Aggressive, Innovative and can work under pressure , strong leadership.
- Excellent skills in analysis, planning and problem solving, knowledge of regulations,understanding
,excellent standards to ensure compliance & quality standards.
- Keen attention to details.
- Good in oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitors and improves compliance of the plant with quality standards of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and specification
Requirements
including revisions of the Quality Manual as applicable.
- Coordinates all Quality activities of the plant. Organizes, heads and monitors the Internal Quality Audit program and
proper
functioning of the specified center, spearheads the periodic internal Quality Audit meeting. Reports on performance of
Quality
system during management review.
- Represents the company/assists the customer /external certification bodies during qualification, process/certification
audit, system
compliance and subsequent re-assessment.
- Supervises the company-wide control of documents, Quality manual and procedures in terms of issuance, retrieval,
archival
and disposal.
- President's assistant in establishing quality policy and its implementation and achievement.
- Responsible in monitoring and ensuring that the QMS (Quality Management System) is implemented and that Quality
objectives
and goals are met.
- Responsible for Qualiy activities and implementation of Quality plans, Quality of the products and services of the
company and
Compliance With The Requirements Of The Company's Quality System.
- Ensures actions are initiated to prevent recurrence of actual existing problems relating to products and processes. If
necessary,
has authority to discontinue production to correct quality problems.
- Ensures that the actions are implemented for potential and/or actual non-conformities are verified and those adequate
controls
are in place until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Attends regular meeting with customers pertaining to Quality & standard requirements and responsible/provides
necessary
requested documents and reports on Quality as per need by the customer.
- Establish yearly audit and improvement plan for Quality. Conducts internal audits of system, product and process
conditions
according to Quality control flow chart, standard operating procedures and work instruction
