Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in electronics manufacturing We're looking for a QA Manager to lead our Quality Management System, ensure compliance with international standards, and drive continuous quality improvement across the organization.
Job Summary
The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, leading internal and external audits, and maintaining the effectiveness of the company's Quality Management System (QMS). This role also manages quality initiatives, customer quality requirements, and continuous process improvements within the manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Management System (QMS) activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer quality requirements
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality policies, procedures, and standards
- Plan, organize, and lead internal quality audits and management review activities
- Coordinate with external auditors, certification bodies, and customers during audits and assessments
- Manage document control, including quality manuals, procedures, and records
- Monitor product and process quality and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Recommend production stoppage when necessary to address critical quality concerns
- Establish annual quality objectives, audit schedules, and continuous improvement plans
- Attend customer meetings and prepare quality reports, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance team to achieve departmental objectives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience managing Quality Assurance functions in an electronics manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Quality Management Systems
- Experience leading internal and external quality audits
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
