Description
We are seeking a QA Manager with a hands-on and automation-focused approach to lead our Quality Assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual who can mentor a team and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies and frameworks.
- Lead the QA team in executing test plans and cases for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team to address issues promptly.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in testing best practices and automation tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- 9-13 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing with a focus on automation.
- Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
