Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversee the QA team, manage schedules, and prepare reports in the absence of the QA Head.
Quality Control & Analysis: Review and analyze quality control reports, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
Supplier & Material Management: Evaluate raw materials, provide feedback on non-conforming items, and conduct annual supplier audits.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues, analyze daily rejection reports, and implement action plans.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards. Manage the disposition of Return to Vendor items and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
