W are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Department Head to lead the Quality Assurance operations for our Motorcycle (MC) Collection Department.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality collection processes, compliance standards, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the QA operations of the MC Collection Department
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits, evaluations, and performance assessments
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Collection teams to improve efficiency and service quality
- Prepare QA reports, analytics, and recommendations for management
- Train, coach, and supervise QA team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in banking, collections, or financial services
- Strong understanding of collection operations, compliance, and QA methodologies
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and drive process improvements
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
