Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Conformance Assistant Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes. This role will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify gaps
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
- Maintain and update QA documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Support internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections
- Provide guidance and training to teams on quality standards and best practices
- Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, standards, and audit processes
- Experience in handling CAPA, risk assessments, and process improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and QA tools/systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in food, retail, manufacturing, or service industries
- Familiarity with ISO standards or other regulatory frameworks
- Leadership or supervisory experience
